I'm going to jump right in, because this stage was full to the brim with satisfying moments. Enough of them that I'm not going to bother pointing them out; with few exceptions, I found almost every step in this stage satisfying. This includes what I think is my favorite knoll so far for the mise-en-place; I'm just very pleased with how neat it ended up.
The large pieces are arranged in two single-color columns (one tan and one white), and a third column of various other colors. The small pieces are very precisely placed, with fewer out-of-place pieces than usual.

I put some structural pieces down each side of the build.
Just inside the hull wall, running down the length of the ship, are two 1x8 bricks and a 1x2 brick with a sloped side.

Then I built and placed two tiny sets of stairs.

The stairs have been placed on the build, on either side, just behind the tiny rooms.

I added the deck plates and tiles.
The front and sides of the top of the build have been covered in plates.

Tiles have been added on top of the plates.

And added an elevated section of deck around the hole where the funnel will go.
The central hole now has three rows of raised studs along either side.

The raised sections have been covered in tiles, and a few clips.

I built and placed another skylight.
A 1x4 brick with headlights, sandwiched between a 1x6 plate below and two 1x3 tiles above, and a 1x1 cylinder on each side.

The skylight has been placed sideways onto the four headlights.

The skylight assembly has been added to the build.

Next came lots of little tiny clipped-in pieces. First, deck plates to fill in the holes immediately in front of and to the side of the little stairs.
A simple L-shaped sub-assembly with a clip.

This will get clipped to the rear of the two brown bars below (the one closer to the top of the photo). (I also made a mirror image for the other side of the ship, but forgot to get a photo of it.)

Next, two bench assemblies for the holes on either side of the skylight.

The benches have been clipped into place, with their backs against the skylight.

Finally I added railings to the elevated deck sections I'd built earlier.
The clips on the elevated deck sections now hold white bars.

And that's it for this stage. Here's a final shot.
