This was, on its own, a relatively unremarkable build. But some of the structural pieces I added imply that there's some interesting stuff coming up before this section is complete; I like building sub-assemblies that click into place in the upper deck, like the tiny bench assemblies from the previous box, and in this build I added multiple attachment points for that style of connection. I'm excited to see what's going to clip into them.

Here's the mise-en-place:
Another relatively small stage, with only one small-pieces plate.

I started by adding the first four of those brown clip attachment points I mentioned. (There are two obvious ones in the photo below, and two more, aligned with the first two, behind the blue and tan pieces. I don't know how obvious this is if you don't already know it, I can see them in the photo below, but I built the sub-assembly and took the photo, so of course I knew they were there.)
Behind the chessboard lobby, two sub-assemblies have been added as described. There is one on either side of the grand staircase.

Next came the next deck up, which is the other half of the green-and-white art deco deck from the previous box.
A deck with green and white checkered floor has been added, but not yet furnished.

Before I could furnish that deck, I had to add more connection points.
A sub-assembly consisting of a 1x12 strip with perpendicular supports on each side, and a clip bars at each end.
The sub-assembly placed at the rear of the build, with the clips facing towards the stern.

And then I went back to furnish the lobby I'd built.
Each side of the grand staircase now has a red quarter-circle tile table or chair, and a golden handrail.

The rest of the build was focused on the hull walls and outer hallways along them.
A few rows into the ship, windowpanes have been added running down each side of the ship.
Four 1x8 plates, and two 1x4 plates, all of which are covered in alternating 1x1 tiles and 1x1 plates.
The alternating plate-tile sub-assemblies have been added running down the outermost row of each side of the ship.

Posts have been added onto each 1x1 tile from the previous photo, and 1x8 and 1x4 tiles have been added atop the posts, creating an open-air hallway between the posts and the window panes from a few photos ago.

And that's it for Stage 33! I just need to complete the upper deck and add the final funnel, and then the penultimate section will be fully built.

Thanks as always for reading!
